Pricing and Payment

Payment Terms

Deposit Payment:

  • A deposit of 30% of the total package price is required to confirm your booking
  • The deposit must be paid within 48 hours of receiving our confirmation

Final Payment:

  • The remaining balance is due 30 days before your travel start date
  • For bookings made within 30 days of travel, full payment is required immediately

Payment Methods:

We accept payment through:

  • Bank transfer
  • Credit/Debit cards (processing fees may apply)
  • PayPal (processing fees may apply)
  • Other methods as agreed upon

Late Payment:

If we do not receive your payment by the due date, we reserve the right to cancel your booking and retain any deposits paid.


Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellation by You

If you need to cancel your Azerbaijan trip package, please notify us immediately in writing. Cancellation charges apply as follows:

  • More than 60 days before travel: 15% of total package price
  • 45-60 days before travel: 30% of total package price
  • 30-44 days before travel: 50% of total package price
  • 15-29 days before travel: 75% of total package price
  • Less than 15 days before travel: 100% of total package price (no refund)

Cancellation charges apply from the date we receive your written cancellation notice.

Cancellation by Us

We reserve the right to cancel your booking in the following circumstances:

  • Insufficient number of participants (minimum group requirements not met)
  • Circumstances beyond our control (see Force Majeure section)
  • Non-payment by you
  • Providing false information or fraudulent activity

If we cancel your booking:

  • We will offer an alternative date or package
  • If alternatives are not acceptable, we will provide a full refund
  • We are not responsible for any additional costs you may have incurred (such as flights or visa fees)

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within:

  • 14-21 business days for credit/debit card payments
  • 7-14 business days for bank transfers
  • Subject to our bank’s processing times

Refunds will be made to the original payment method used for booking.


Changes and Modifications

Changes by You

If you wish to change your booking (dates, hotels, or services):

  • Changes are subject to availability
  • A change fee of $50 per booking may apply
  • Any price difference must be paid in full
  • Changes must be requested at least 30 days before travel
  • Changes within 30 days may not be possible

Changes by Us

We make every effort to deliver your Baku tours and Azerbaijan travel packages as described. However, we may need to make changes due to:

Minor Changes: We will notify you of any minor changes (such as hotel room category or similar vehicle type) as soon as possible.

  • Offer a refund if alternatives are not acceptable

Force Majeure
